Ok pregnant friends (both on paper & physical)

I don't give a rats ass what's on your registry. I'm now buying this lovely contraption for all people I love. Ok, the audio part is annoying as a motherfucker but there is nothing funnier than watching your baby bouncing and laughing. Dylan is just loving this crazy thing! Crazy weekend in store - going to get my hair did which mean I get some "me" time which I am so looking forward to. Saturday evening my cousin, her husband and two lovely children are coming over for dinner and to meet Dylan. Sunday our friends from Boston are going to be in the area and will be stopping by for some Dylan kisses. Oh, and Marc may try to teach me to drive a stick shift this weekend. YIKES! Much love to you all - I'm going back to watching Dylan jump around.

Hey I just learned how to drive a stick shift this year, and I suck at it, let me tell you. But I was so proud of myself that I could make the car stop and go and I even learned how to get out of a stall on a hill, though I have to use the emergency brake to do it. I am terrified of traffic, though, and especially left turns against oncoming traffic. I just know I'm going to stall out in front of cars travelling 80 mph (even though it's never happened yet). Well, anyway, I still don't like driving a stick but I'm glad that I can do it, in case of emergency. Go to a big parking lot to practice and when you get good enough to go out, make sure that he takes you to some hills. You really have to practice on the hills because sure enough the minute you are out driving alone you will encounter a stop sign or stoplight on a hill -- horror! Have him teach you the emergency brake method.

    Good luck!!
