Sorry

After learning of someone else's experience publishing photos of their adoption child, I have decided to pull the pictures. If you are a regular and would like, I'd be happy to email you the photos. I'm sorry but I need to protect our son.

  4. It's sad when you have so much pride in the wonderment you have but you can't share it freely 'cause of the protential harm it can bring.

I am so glad I got to see pix of him, because he really is more beautiful than words could ever describe.

I'm curious as to what happened to the other person posting pictures? I have wanted to post pics of little M but she is not legally ours yet so I haven't.....now I wonder if I should at all. Can you share the story?

Congratulations! I hope the first night of Hanukkah was a joyous one for your family. It must be so exciting for you to have him home. I saw his picture before you took it down so I know just how sweet he is. Take care this holiday season, L'Chaim

Happy Hanukkah (sp). I'm glad I got to see the pics too. Precious baby boy you've got. Two great parents to parent him too.

Do you know where the pics of the other baby were posted? Could you share?

I'm a regular reader delurking long enough to say that I can completely understand your need to protect your son. You're a Mom now! I have an 11 month old and I'd do the same.
Thank you so much for all that you have shared so far and congratulations on having your boy home with you for the holidays!

  10. I am so pleased that I got to see the pics of Dylan, he is wonderful and I understand why you decided to pull them.

I have been debating if I should set up a password protected site for pictures, once we have our little girl. Sadly I still have lots of time to decide.

Happy Hanukkah and Happy New Year!

    Hi Julie,
I was just thinking... would you feel comfortable posting the pics on a "password protected" blog site. You could then link the blog to the website but the "bad" people couldn't see the pics. Whatcha think?

Wishing you Marc, Dylan all the best in 2006!!
