HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
I guess the proper color for a 4th wedding anniversary is pink! We have are scheduled to meet with Embassy on Wed. We fly out Monday and, depending on how we do with the airlines - expect to be back no later than Saturday (hoping for Friday). Everyone is freaking out - trying to book our flight - book the hotel - buy a carseat - buy a gift for the foster mom - AAAACCCKKKKKK!!!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm a longtime lurker on the GDT - and I read your blog daily, because you're so witty and real. Anyway, I was watching TV tonight, and saw a sappy Cheerios commercial on international adoption. I burst into tears, and figured I'd better check the GDT to see if you got PINK. YAYAYAYAYAY!!!
Happy Anniversary!!!
Hugs,
Oh, Julie, that's fantastic! Congratulations!!!!
ReplyDeleteWOOOO HOOOO!!!!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!!! What an exciting piece of news!! PINK Never looked so good on a baby boy!!
FIRST and important piece of advice. Get the car seat NOW. Buy a Britax. It will serve you well and you will never ever regret it. I have two of them. AND....put it in the car ASAP!! Those bitches take some time to get it right and later on you will wonder what the big deal was about, because it really is easy. UNLESS you are rushed, nervous, and acting stupid about all those belts and buckles. Really, DO THIS NOW!! Then you will not have to stress over it. DO NOT wait till the day you leave, or even the day before. Ugh!! Been there, done that...
We are thrilled to bits for you!! IN fact, we were wondering...
SO WHERE IS THE PICTURE OF THIS handsome little SON!!! of yours!!???
Son, son, you have a SON!!!!
Holy mackeral!!
MAZEL TOV!!!!!!
Jen
and Addison Grace!
