I don't know if she still reads my blog but in case she does

I just got an email over the weekend. My friend, Lisa, lost her baby to SIDS about a week and a half ago. To say that my heart is breaking for her and her family is to put it mildly. I wish I lived closer, that I could be a true friend to her and be there for her and her husband and son. Instead, I will ask my friends here to say a prayer, send good vibes, healing energy, etc. to them.

  1. To lose a child in utero is one thing, but to lose a baby to SIDS is one of the most heartbreaking and soul-wrenching thing that could ever happen to a set to a mother/father. My heart and prayers certainly goes out to your friend, Lisa. I'm so very sorry.

I was terrified of SIDS and was grateful when my son was past that stage. How horrible for your friend. I am saying a prayer for her.

I can't believe the pain they must be going through. Oh, my thoughts are with them right now. My frien lost a child to sids many, many years ago and I think of her anytime I hear about Sids.

  10. Hi-I don't know if I have posted on your blog before but I read it often. I just wanted to say I will say prayers for this family. My cousin lost her baby boy to SIDS just before we brought home our little girl. I was very scared. It was tough to go through that pain with her and although she has closure and has moved on the pain will always be with her. I will say prayers as this issue is close to my heart.
